Sublethal effects of flonicamid and dichlorvos insecticides on life-table parameters of the melon aphid Aphis gossypii(Hemiptera: Aphididae) under greenhouse conditions

چکیده
شته جالیز Aphis gossypii Glover یکی از آفات مهم و خسارت‌زا با پراکنش گسترده دامنه میزبانی وسیع در مزارع گلخانه‌ها به‌شمار می‌آید. مدیریت رایج به استفاده حشره‌کش‌های شیمیایی منظور جلوگیری خسارت اقتصادی وابسته است. مطالعه حاضر، غلظت‌های کشنده زیرکشنده فلونیکامید دیکلرووس طریق زیست‌سنجی برآورد شد تاثیر (LC10 LC25) هر یک آنها روی فراسنجه‌های جدول زندگی شرایط گلخانه‌ای لوبیا چیتی بررسی شد. توجه تأثیر تماسی این حشره‌کش‌ها ، روش پاشش حشره‌کش برگ‌های حاوی طبق نتایج به‌دست آمده، میانگین طول عمر افراد بالغ معرض تیمار‌های نسبت شاهد روند کاهشی داشت کمترین مقدار آن (42/7 روز) غلظت LC25 ثبت تعداد پوره‌های تولید شده ازای ماده تیمارها به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. بیشترین نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r) به‌ترتیب (38/0 بر (21/0 بود. خالص تولیدمثل (R0) متناهی () مشاهده متوسط مدت زمان نسل (T) تیمار طور معنی-دار اساس تحقیق مقایسه کارایی بهتر مؤثرتری کنترل داشت.
